Administrative Assistant

Magseis is expanding and our Office Manager is taking on a new position in the company. We are looking for a true team player and highly motivated professional Administrative Assistant for our Oslo office. If you are a wizard of administration and have the ability to act as the social glue of our office we encourage you to apply for the job.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Handling the practical and administrative matters in our head office, including:

  • Front desk & switchboard
  • Day to day correspondence
  • Facility management
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Coordination of visa applications
  • Fire warden
  • Alarm system
  • Office supplies and office equipment
  • Document handling and filing
  • Minutes of meetings
  • Other practical and administrative matters as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Higher education
  • Drivers licence
  • Lack of education may be compensated by relevant experience

 

Experience and skills

  • Experience from similar position
  • Excellent communication skills – English and Norwegian, verbal and written
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Hands on and self-motivated
  • Dynamic, innovative and open to new ideas
  • Well-organized, orderly and detailed-oriented
  • Focused on time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Service minded and like to work with people
